PWA TERMS OF SERVICE

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS By activating the Jiinubi Managed App Engine (the Service ), you agree to be bound by these specific PWA Terms. This Service is an automated technical enhancement provided by Jiinubi to transform a standard web interface into a Progressive Web App (PWA).

2. SERVICE PROVISION AND AUTOMATION Jiinubi provides a centralized infrastructure that automatically generates and serves web app manifests, service worker logic, and device-specific iconography. You acknowledge that Jiinubi acts as a technical facilitator and is not responsible for the content, products, or services offered through your application.

3. ACCOUNT STANDING AND OPERATIONAL CONTINUITY The availability of the App Engine is strictly contingent upon your Jiinubi account remaining in good standing. You agree that:

• The Service is a live connection to the Jiinubi Engine.
• If your hosting or app service is suspended, canceled, or terminated for any reason, the PWA functionality will cease immediately.
• Users who have previously installed the app will lose access to app-specific features (such as standalone mode) until the account is returned to Active status.

4. TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS AND BROWSER COMPLIANCE As PWAs rely on third-party browser technologies (such as Google Chrome and Apple Safari), Jiinubi cannot guarantee universal installation across all devices or future operating system updates. Jiinubi is committed to maintaining the Engine to meet current industry standards but is not liable for changes in browser policies that may restrict PWA functionality.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LICENSE You grant Jiinubi a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, modify, and distribute the branding assets (logos, icons, and names) you provide for the sole purpose of generating the app manifest and associated splash screens required for your Service.

6. INDEMNIFICATION AND CONTENT LIABILITY Jiinubi acts strictly as a technical service provider. We do not monitor, curate, or endorse the content of the websites connected to our App Engine.

• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content, data, and activities occurring within your application.
• Non-Liability for Content: Jiinubi shall not be held liable for any damages, legal claims, or losses arising from content within your app that violates our Acceptable Use Policy, local laws, or third-party rights.
• Breach of Policy: If your application is found to be in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, Jiinubi reserves the right to disable the App Engine immediately to protect our infrastructure. You agree to indemnify and hold Jiinubi harmless against any legal actions resulting from your app s content or your breach of these terms.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Jiinubi provides the Service on an as-is basis. We are not liable for any loss of revenue, data, or reputation caused by the temporary or permanent unavailability of the App Engine, especially if such unavailability is due to account suspension for policy violations or non-payment.
