PWA ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)

Because our engine facilitates the installation of your website onto end-user devices, we maintain strict standards to protect the integrity of our network and the safety of the public.

2. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND ACTIVITIES You are strictly prohibited from using the Jiinubi App Engine to distribute, cache, or display content that:

Is Illegal: Includes unauthorized copyrighted material, pirated software, or any content that violates local or international laws.
Is Harmful or Malicious: Includes the distribution of viruses, malware, spyware, or phishing schemes designed to deceive end-users.
Promotes Hate or Violence: Includes content that incites violence, promotes discrimination, or encourages self-harm.
Is Deceptive: Includes apps designed to impersonate other brands, financial institutions, or government entities.
Violates Privacy: Includes any application designed to harvest end-user data without clear, legal consent.

3. SYSTEM INTEGRITY You may not attempt to circumvent the Jiinubi App Engine s security, reverse-engineer the manifest generation logic, or use the Service to conduct Denial of Service (DoS) attacks.

4. ENFORCEMENT AND TERMINATION Jiinubi reserves the sole right to determine whether content violates this AUP. Violation of any of these terms will result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your App Engine service without a refund.
