Jiinubi Online Kit Specific Terms & Conditions

These Online Kit Specific Terms & Conditions ( Online Kit Terms ) govern the purchase and use of the Online Kit ( Jiinubi Online Kit ) and form an integral part of Jiinubi s  Universal Terms of Service ( Main Terms ).

By purchasing, activating, or using the Online Kit, you ( Customer ) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Online Kit Terms.

In the event of any conflict between these Online Kit Terms and the Main Terms, these Online Kit Terms shall prevail.

1. Description of the Online Kit

The Jiinubi Online Kit is a bundled digital service offering, which may include, but is not limited to:

• A managed WordPress website
• Access to a logo creation tool
• Access to a website builder tool
• Access to a mobile application builder engine
• Automated website monitoring services
• Basic website security services (including SiteLock or equivalent)
• Guided onboarding assistance via electronic communication channels

All components are provided exclusively as part of a single bundled service. No individual component may be separated, transferred, sublicensed, or resold independently.

2. Billing Structure and Payment Obligations

2.1 The Online Kit is priced at USD $5.4 per month, calculated and billed on an annual basis.

2.2 Full payment of the annual subscription fee is required in advance as a condition precedent to service activation.

2.3 The Online Kit is available only on an annual billing cycle. Monthly, quarterly, or alternative billing periods are not offered.

2.4 Failure to remit full payment shall result in non-activation, suspension, or termination of services.

3. Renewal and Cancellation

3.1 Online Kit subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

3.2 Customers may disable automatic renewal at any time; however, cancellation does not entitle the Customer to a refund of any fees already paid.

3.3 Services shall remain active until the end of the paid subscription term.

4. Fees, Refunds, and Chargebacks

4.1 All payments for the Online Kit are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

4.2 No partial refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments shall be issued for unused subscription periods.

4.3 Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

5. Fair Usage and Service Limitations

5.1 The Online Kit is intended for standard small business or individual use.

5.2 Resource usage, including storage, bandwidth, monitoring, and application generation, is subject to reasonable and fair usage limits.

5.3 Jiinubi reserves the right to impose restrictions, suspend services, or require upgrades where usage materially exceeds normal operational thresholds.

6. Scope of Technical Services

6.1 The Online Kit does not include:

• Custom software development
• Advanced WordPress customization or bespoke plugin development
• Manual security incident remediation
• Enterprise-grade monitoring or security services

6.2 Any additional services requested by the Customer shall require a separate agreement and may incur additional fees.

7. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer is solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of account and contact information
• Website content, data, and regulatory compliance
• Compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights

Jiinubi assumes no liability for Customer-provided content.

8. Service Availability and Disclaimer

8.1 Jiinubi provides services on an as-is and as-available basis.

8.2 Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

8.3 Automated monitoring services do not constitute a guarantee of uptime, security, or incident prevention.

9. Suspension and Termination

Jiinubi reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Online Kit without refund if:

• These Terms are violated
• Illegal, abusive, or prohibited activity is detected
• Fair usage limits are materially exceeded

10. Modifications to the Online Kit

Jiinubi may modify, replace, or enhance components of the Online Kit from time to time, provided that such modifications do not materially diminish the overall service offering.

11. Governing Terms

These Online Kit Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Jiinubi s Main Terms and applicable law.
