Jiinubi Acceptable Use
Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ( AUP ) outlines prohibited uses
of the services provided by Jiinubi ( Services ) and
the website https://jiinubi.com/.
This policy exists to protect Jiinubi, its customers, and the broader internet
community from illegal, abusive, insecure, or harmful activities.
By using Jiinubi s Services, you
agree to comply with this AUP. Any violation of this policy may result in
suspension, restriction, or permanent termination of Services without refund.
Prohibited Content
You may not use Jiinubi s Services
to host, link to, or transmit content that includes, but is not limited to:
Illegal activities under local, national, or international
law
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Jiinubi
maintains zero tolerance. Any confirmed violation will result in immediate
account termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities, including
NCMEC where applicable
Content infringing intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark,
patent)
Hate speech, harassment, or content inciting violence or discrimination
Malware, ransomware, viruses, trojans, or other malicious software
System and Network Security
Users may not attempt to bypass, exploit, or interfere with Jiinubi s systems or networks. Prohibited activities
include:
Unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or data
Denial of Service (DoS) or traffic flooding attacks
Unauthorized vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, or security
assessments
Authorized security testing is governed separately by Jiinubi s Security Policy.
Email and Anti-Spam Policy
Jiinubi enforces a strict
anti-spam policy. You may not use our Services to:
Send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
Host spam-advertised websites
Operate open mail relays
Forge or spoof email headers or sender identity
High-Risk and Resource-Intensive Activities
To preserve platform stability, the following activities are
prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing by Jiinubi:
Cryptocurrency mining
Botnet command-and-control servers
Public proxy or VPN services
IP spoofing or traffic obfuscation intended to conceal illegal activity
Domain-Specific Abuse Prohibitions
As a domain registrar and hosting provider, Jiinubi prohibits domains used for:
Typosquatting or brand
impersonation
Domain Generation Algorithms (DGA)
Phishing, financial fraud, or impersonation of institutions or governments
Security Incidents, Abuse, and Compromise Handling (What
to Expect)
This section explains how Jiinubi
acts during security, abuse, or account compromise incidents. By using our
Services, you acknowledge and agree to these actions.
.Phishing, Fake
Invoices, and Fraud Attempts
If Jiinubi detects or receives
reports of phishing, fake invoices, or impersonation:
The affected service or domain may be immediately
suspended or locked
DNS, email, or hosting access may be disabled to prevent further harm
The customer will be notified through the registered email address
Evidence may be preserved for legal or regulatory reporting
Jiinubi is not responsible for
losses caused by third-party phishing attacks where credentials were
voluntarily disclosed.
.Account Takeover
and Compromise Response
If an account is suspected to be compromised:
Immediate temporary account lock may occur
Password resets and security enforcement will be required
Access may be limited until ownership is verified
Services may remain suspended until the threat is resolved
Jiinubi prioritizes platform
security over uninterrupted access during incidents.
.Access Recovery
and Ownership Verification
To recover access to an account, domain, or service, Jiinubi may require:
Verification through the original registered email
Proof of payment or billing history
Identity verification documents
Domain-specific verification records
Failure to verify ownership may result in permanent access
denial.
.User Disputes and
Abuse Investigations
When disputes or abuse complaints arise:
Jiinubi will review internal
logs, billing records, and service activity
Temporary suspension may be applied during investigation
Jiinubi s decision is final where risk to platform
security exists
Jiinubi is not obligated to
restore services if abuse or policy violation is confirmed.

vs WHMCS)
Client Responsibilities
Safeguarding login credentials
Securing websites, scripts, and applications
Maintaining updated software
Monitoring account activity
Jiinubi Responsibilities
Infrastructure availability and platform security
Abuse investigation and enforcement
Account-level access control and response
Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
All actions are executed by Jiinubi
under this AUP.
Monitoring and Enforcement
Jiinubi does not routinely monitor
customer content but reserves the right to investigate reported or detected
violations.
Enforcement actions may include:
Warning notices
Temporary suspension or service locking
Permanent termination without refund
Reporting illegal activity to law enforcement
